Below is the entire message from the president's announcement:

Hello Everyone—

I know you all just wrapped up your gathering - I hope you’re as thrilled as I am with the recent updates. Last time I shared you all a message, I mentioned the following: “I believe in this group. You all are some of the most motivated and innovative creators we have had the opportunity to collaborate with - and we’re excited for that collaboration to endure.”

With your dedication and flexibility, particularly over the last year, you consistently demonstrate that.

The player input from last fall’s Project ETHOS testing phase was revealing. It affirmed the potential of a roguelike shooter but made clear we still had refinements needed. It uncovered the need for a sharper vision.

It has been motivating to see how far you’ve advanced. You accepted the input to mind and overhauled the title with a refreshed vision - one that’s positioned to achieve its ambition to our fans.

The trust in this project strengthens every day. To boost the remarkable progress you’ve made, I am thrilled to announce the new hire as the incoming Director of 31st Union. Following some time of conversations, he officially joins us on next week.

Ben’s guidance and experience in the PVP shooter space is extensive, having dedicated the recent years creating and overseeing some of the most recognizable titles in gaming, including the acclaimed shooter, and lately, the battle royale hit.

I invite you all in receiving him soon. We are all eager to persist seeing the progress of the game in the time to ahead.
